“Do you service Macs?”
Yes, we have technicians that service Macs. We also know of a couple of Mac service companies we can refer you to if necessary.

“What types of payment to you accept?”
We accept all credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is always due at the time of service.

“What do I need to bring when I drop off my computer?”
We have all the monitors, keyboards, mice, and cables necessary to hook up your computer. If you have a desktop computer, all you need to bring is the tower. If you are bringing a laptop, please bring the adapter as well.

“Why do I need to give you my passwords?”
In order for us to be able to fix your computer, we’ll need to be able to log into your operating system. We’ll often need to duplicate the problem so that we can address is. That is impossible to do unless we have your password, but don’t worry! We keep your information private.

“Is it cheaper to repair my computer or buy a new one?”
This depends on how old your computer is and what kind of repair we’re talking about. Another consideration is your data; we can transfer your data from your old computer to your new one, and you’ll need to consider that that cost will add to the cost of your new computer. You will also likely need to purchase the programs you need for the new computer, so take that into account in your decision. We can evaluate your situation and give you advice on which route to take.

Yes, we offer on-site, in-shop and remote services.
